You've found the event you want you or your athlete to attend, but how do you go about purchasing it? The following steps will walk you through how to purchase and schedule an event.

  1. Navigate to the page of the event that you are wanting to purchase. 
  2. Click on the blue purchase button.
  3. A side bar will pop out on the right side of the screen. If you aren't logged in, it will prompt you to either log in or create an account. Once you are logged in, the side bar will look like the picture below.

4. You first must click the arrow on the right side under Select Package to choose the number or lessons you would like to purchase. 

Note: If you are purchasing a camp or a clinic that only has one package, skip to step 8.

5. You will then be able to select the date and time you would like to schedule for.

6. Then you can select who is going to attend the lesson that you are scheduling by clicking the little arrow on the right side under Choose Attendee(s)

7. By clicking book, you attach that athlete to that date and time. If you are scheduling multiple lessons at one time, you just have to continue to select the date, time, and attendee for each lesson.

Tip: You are able to schedule multiple athletes to a package of lessons. Just click the attendee that you want to attend that specific time and date for the lesson you have selected and click book.

8. When you have scheduled all your lessons or have selected the payment schedule you would like for a fixed event, click on the green add to cart button. 

9. You will be navigated to a view of your cart. 

Tip: if you need to remove an event from your cart, click on the three dots in the right hand corner of the box of the event you are wanting to remove and click remove in the drop down menu. 

Note: On the right side of the page you may have to fill out some additional information for the specific event that you are attending. When clicking on Fill Out Event Form, a side bar will pop out on the left side of the screen with all the information you are required to fill out before purchasing the event. 

Additional Note: under the event form, you have a section where you can enter a coupon code if applicable. 

10. When you have finished filling out the event form, click on the blue Continue to Payment button. 

11. Enter your payment information. By clicking on Payment Method, you are able to choose the card you have on file, new card, cash or check. 

12. After you have selected and entered your payment information, click on the green Purchase button. 

13. You will see this screen shown below once your payment has been processed. You and the coach will receive emails confirming your purchase and providing any event information.
