We understand that you have to be able to get the word out there about your membership offerings! We've now made it easier than ever for you to directly invite clients to register for your memberships from any device!
Note: Before moving forward with these instructions, it's important to note that this feature is only available for "Invite Only" memberships.
To invite a client to a membership, follow these steps below.
- Navigate to Memberships on your left hand navigation
- Click on the membership that you would like to send an invite.
- Click Invite Client and then type in the name to search for the client that you would like to invite. Note: The client must already be invited through your Contacts page in order to invite to a membership. Learn more about inviting a contact here.
- Click the Client Name which will trigger an email invite to register for the membership.
Note: You can send reminder emails by clicking Remind. However, in accordance with anti-spamming laws, you cannot send more than one invite in less than 24 hours.
