Messaging Event Attendees

  1. Navigate to the admin view of the fixed event that you are wanting to message the attendees of. 
  2. Under the Revenue, you will see four different icons. To send a message you are going to want to click on the comment icon located on the far right. 

3. A side bar will pop out where you will then be able to type in a subject and message. 

4. You can even set the message to send at a later time by checking the Send Later box and choosing a date and time you want the message to be sent out. 

Messaging Contact Groups

  1. Navigate to the specific contact group that you are wanting to message the clients of. 

2. You will see a comment icon to the left of Remove Group. 

3. A side bar will pop out where you will then be able to type in a subject and message. 

4. You can even set the message to send at a later time by checking the Send Later box and choosing a date and time you want the message to be sent out.
