The fact is, you as a business has to be able to be flexible with handling recurring payments for your clients.  And for that, Upper Hand has you taken care of!

Below is a step by step on how to cancel a scheduled recurring payment for your client:

  1. Navigate to "Events" and use the search bar to locate and click on the event that the client has registered for.
  2. Under the Clients Tab, locate the client that you need to cancel the payment for.  Tip: Utilize the "Search" to easily locate a client.
  3. Click on the Blue Transactions Hyperlink.
  4. Click the Status Drop-Down beneath Method.
  5. Click "Cancel Payment".
